1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on sboslot99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Any balances held in duplicate Accounts may be subject to forfeiture upon investigation.

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sboslot99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual transaction limits.

Withdrawal Conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your sboslot99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit may require additional verification.

sboslot99 reserves the right to process withdrawals in the order received and to request KYC documentation prior to release of funds. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of verification completion; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

sboslot99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out below, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual offer page.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering / Rollover Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each offer (e.g., 15x means the bonus amount must be bet fifteen times in aggregate).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per single wager is RM 250 unless a lower limit is stated on a specific offer. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and sports wagers may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10%–20%). The specific contribution table is available in the Bonus Terms section of the Platform.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Bonuses and associated wagering progress not completed within the stated window will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Bonus Forfeiture: A Player may elect to forfeit an active bonus at any time via Account Settings. Forfeiting a bonus will remove all associated bonus funds from the Account. Any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds prior to forfeiture may also be removed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain non-deposit and free-spin bonuses carry a maximum cash-out cap on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated on the individual offer. Winnings exceeding the cap are not eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Referral & Birthday Bonuses

The sboslot99 Refer-a-Friend programme awards MYR 38 per successful referral to both the referring player and the newly registered friend, subject to the referred player completing registration, KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to the same general wagering terms as all other promotional bonuses.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
